Having been excited, you wait for some responses from them. Nothing seems to fill the void. You once again search the fastest job search sites on google.

He worked as a Sales Manager in an MNC. Having worked for over 2 years, he was touted as the best salesman in the company. 70% of the sales belonged to him. Everything was going smooth and perfect. About 90% of employers look at potential employees’ social media profiles, and 79% have rejected a candidate based on what they found. So, do not hesitate to remove content from all your social media handles which might affect your candidature in your dream company.

Step 3: Improve your Communication Skills
Good communication skills are essential to get a job faster. Various companies require candidates for different positions. Majorly, they look for confident candidates who can communicate effectively. Step 4: Apply, apply and apply
Now, the last part of the secret is here. Login to top job portals and apply for all open jobs. If you are working in a startup domain, search on google “Startup Jobs Portals”, visit the websites, upload your resume and apply. Apply for as many jobs as you can. Don’t stop yourself.
